Gibson’s Grant

Kent Island, Maryland

Located just minutes away from the Bay Bridge and Annapolis, Gibson’s Grant is a 280 unit, 138-acre site designed in a neo-traditional style with community parks, trails, water access and intimate streetscape character. Primary importance is given to improving the ecology of the site by establishing a 55-acre conservation area and shoreline preservation. Annapolis Landscape Architects' Partner, Debby Smith, was the project designer for this planned unit development.
